Orders have an estimated handling time of 1–7 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 9–12 business days, bringing the total estimated delivery timeframe to 10–19 business days. Our business days are Monday–Friday, with an order cut-off time of 5:00 PM (GMT+8).
When your order ships, we'll send an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress. Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
A Clear Path to Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We understand that choosing the right lighting is an important decision. If you need to request a return, Straptastic provides a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Simply email info@straptastic.co within that period. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you the instructions for returning your item. Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and there are no restocking fees.
Once your approved return is received, inspection takes 1–3 business days. After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges are also available for eligible products.
